Regency Park is an affordable housing, multifamily community offering two and three-bedroom apartments. The community is located conveniently to public transportation which provides easy access to dining, entertainment, pharmacies, and shopping. Our apartments feature well-lit private entrances and modern appliances. Regency Park has a dedicated full-time Social Service Coordinator that offers a variety of services and programs to help benefit our residents. Community amenities include an on-site laundry facility, community room, and playgrounds. Regency Park is more than just a place to live—it’s a community where you can thrive!

The Michaels Organization also offers residents the unique opportunity to apply for college scholarships offered through The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation. The nonprofit Educational Foundation has helped thousands of Michaels residents of all ages achieve their dreams of higher education. All Michaels’ residents are eligible to apply and may reapply each year of their undergraduate education.
